Job DescriptionMain activity: The Hogan Supervisor works under the direction of the Store Manager. The Supervisor implements all necessary assigned functions. Supervisor participates in generating sales and bringing in revenue for the company. This job requires a blend of skill, competency and immense dedication. They are often required to attend different types of training programs (sales, collections, procedures). They should possess strong verbal communication abilities and interpersonal skills.Job Description:Complies with Hogan policies and proceduresCompletes all the assigned tasks by the Store Manager.Has good interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and as well as convincing abilities, giving them product presentations and convincing them to make purchases.Communicates professionally with diplomacy and tactExchanges merchandise for customersPlaces special orders / reservations or calls other stores to find desired items. Recommends selects and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.Meets assigned sales targets & deadlines in the given period of timeMaintains the proper display of goods in the store and ensures that they comply with the quality standards.Keeps track of new products and prices in the store.
