Our team ensures that all our residents receive tailored care adapted to their individual needs, supporting them with daily living activities, recreational activities, food and drink, administering medication, accessing health care and personal care. We offer support that directly impacts our residents’ wellbeing, helping them to enjoy everyday life with dignity. Full‑time, Part‑time & Quantum Flexi (Casual) hours available. Weekend and weekdays required. Qualifications and Responsibilities You’ll be naturally compassionate and patient; a positive attitude and good communication skills are essential. First‑class training will be provided, so prior experience in a similar care environment is not necessary. You’ll be willing to undertake all aspects of care to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of our residents. Training will be provided, with a willingness to achieve a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care. The ability to work shifts (including weekends and evenings).
