Key Responsibilities We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Project Manager to coordinate strategic foresight projects, presentations and internal projects. This role involves overseeing project lifecycles, managing resources effectively, and ensuring seamless delivery to clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders at once, and driving projects to completion. Develop and manage delivery of high‑quality projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and foresight methodologies Define project objectives, key deliverables and timelines with stakeholders Assess project resource requirements and proactively manage potential delays, communicating any new resourcing needs or changes to the senior production planner Ensure projects meet time, budget, and profitability goals and track key performance metrics Proactively manage multiple clients and projects, providing regular updates, pre‑empting potential issues, and maintaining clear communication channels Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring flexibility in project execution whilst ensuring highest quality of work has been maintained Build good working relationships with internal teams and develop a positive rapport with key client personnel on project‑related matters Manage travel booking for presenters & internal staff to attend client presentations Review and update workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 1+ year of project management experience, ideally within a fast‑paced agency environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels within the business Highly organized and capable of managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously across different time zones Excellent attention to detail Able to work under pressure Highly proactive, adaptable and self‑motivated, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality Experience with project management systems Experience with Keynote and Excel (ideal) Benefits From your first day at The Future Laboratory, you can expect to enjoy the following benefits: Flexible & hybrid working Socials Summer Fridays Christmas Break Matched employee pension contributions up to 5% Employee Assistance Programme Life Assurance Bereavement counselling And after you pass your probation: Dental scheme Birthday leave Learning bursary Eye care Flu jabs Holiday purchase #J-18808-Ljbffr
