This role will operate on a hybrid basis (50/50) from either the London or Bristol office.What you’ll do:In this role, you’ll be a key player in supporting lawyers and business teams to deliver projects and client matters on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:Applying legal project management principles to plan, track, and report on projects.Monitoring timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.Assisting with financial reporting and data analysis to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.Driving engagement with project management tools and contributing to process improvement initiatives.Supporting delivery of progect management training sessions and communications to embed best practices across the firm.About you:2-3 years’ experience in a project-focused role.Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.Experience of dealing directly with clients/stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint essential).Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable approach.What’s on offer:Competitive salary and bonus scheme.Flexible hybrid working.Private medical insurance and enhanced parental leave.Up to 25 days holiday (rising with service).This is your chance to join a growing team that plays a central role in shaping how legal services are delivered.
