Ready to make an impact on millions of journeys?In this Role, you’ll be responsible for:ResponsibilitiesInternal Technical Response: forward universal issues to regional or global headquarters with accurate and complete descriptions for long-term solutions; identify possible causes and address individual and/or basic issues; provide the first technical response and feedback to the local team for system connectivity concerns.Partner Integrations / Technical Engagement Management: assist with Pilot/Beta processes, act as liaison between Client/Support and Partner; work with internal teams and partners to analyze/troubleshoot integration and operation issues; create and maintain accurate integration documentation for new integration, enhancement and migration; provide API integration and testing support both internally and externally; perform end-to-end testing with partner system connectivity.What you'll Need to Succeed:Direct experience in Connectivity with hotels and accommodation providers.Experience in the hotel front desk and/or reservation systems is a plus, especially knowledge of CRS, PMS, and any other hotel distribution systems and API languages (XML).Ability to multitask, prioritize, and escalate when needed.Strong stakeholder management across technical and commercial teams.Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese or other European languages are a plus.Why Trip.com GroupWe offer a stage to unleash your full potential and drive global impact.
