Contract Finance Administrator Bristol (2 days WFH per week) We're supporting a Bristol-based business through a finance system transition and are looking for an experienced Finance Administrator / Finance Analyst to join on a short-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working with large datasets and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to get stuck in. This contract role is available immediately, and will last around 2-3 months. Day to day responsibilities: Assisting with the transition to a new finance system Working through a backlog of invoice data Reviewing large spreadsheets for errors and correcting them Uploading cleaned and accurate data into the new system Ensuring data integrity throughout the migration processRequired skills and experience: Strong Excel skills - including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables Confident handling large volumes of data High level of accuracy and attention to detail Comfortable using various finance systems Agile, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment A "roll up your sleeves" attitudeThis is a great opportunity for someone who is immediately available and keen to support a busy finance team during a critical period.
