What skills and experience we're looking for Our Lady & St Paul's RC Primary School are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant - Level 2 (x2). This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust as it continues its journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi-academy trust. Post 1 will be working 1:1 with a pupil with an EHCP. Our Lady & St Paul’s R.C. Requirements Has experience of working with children in a paid or voluntary capacity / in an educational setting Has an awareness and basic knowledge of school curriculum (within specific age range) Has the ability to liaise sensitively and effectively with parents and carers, recognising role in pupils’ learning Has the ability to work effectively within a team environment, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities Has the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all pupils and colleagues What the school offers its staff A supportive and dedicated Local Governing Body and Staff Highly effective safeguarding procedures.
