As a Project Manager, you’ll be backed by a dedicated engineering and project controls team that shares your drive for success.We’re looking for a Project Manager who is ready to: Lead and Track Progress – Drive the execution of delivering design packages of work, ensuring alignment with performance baselines. Manage Project Documentation – Keep all necessary records up to date and compliant. Control Budgets – Stay on top of expenditures and ensure spending aligns with approved plans. Schedule for Success – Develop and maintain project schedules to keep everything on track. Report with Insight – Provide performance updates, including earned value and variance analysis. Drive Continuous Improvement – Analyze data and implement strategies to enhance delivery performance.️ Mitigate Risks – Proactively identify and manage risks. Support Change Management – Play a key role in adapting to project changes smoothly. Manage Dependencies – Oversee project interdependencies, ensuring smooth coordination across teams. Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with Supply Chain, Safety, and Regulatory teams to resolve any conflicts. Your Impact as a Project ManagerYou will be responsible for delivering complex and critical design work, which may include FEED design in mechanical, EC&I, and systems engineering. Deliver assigned design work Manage cost and schedule performance. Identify and mitigate risks. Lead and support assigned project managers. Ensure effective project setup, governance, and closeout.My profile Degree qualified in an engineering discipline. Project Management experience in planning, controlling budgets, and driving to schedules within a technical environment. Engineering and technical competence, sufficient to enable effective decision-making. Understanding of cross-functional roles such as purchasing, commercial, and engineering management. Well-organized, with a systematic and rigorous approach to planning work and priorities. Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering strong teamwork and collaboration.
