We're on the hunt for a highly organized and influential Project Manager to join our fantastic Strategic Operations team. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to deliver high-impact projects across tombola and the wider Flutter organization

What You'll Be Getting Up To (A Glimpse into Your New Role)

Reporting directly to the PMO, you will be accountable for driving projects from ideation right through to completion. A typical day might look like this:

  • Planning, overseeing, and leading PMO projects, coordinating internal and external resources for execution.
  • Defining project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring feasibility, and managing scope changes.
  • Ensuring all project actions are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget, with accurate resource allocation.
  • Performing proactive risk management to identify future pitfalls and create mitigation/contingency plans in a timely manner.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans and documentation, including hosting 'lessons learned' sessions to drive continuous process improvement.
What We're Looking For in You (Your Superpowers)

We're looking for someone who is highly organized, execution-focused, and capable of bringing diverse groups together toward a common goal.

The Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years' demonstrable experience successfully delivering results in project management.
  • Extensive experience in Stakeholder Management, including engaging with senior leadership and diverse audiences across the business.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple project actions across different functional areas simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the resilience to challenge and be challenged in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills and commercial acumen—the ability to see the bigger picture and find creative solutions to complex problems.

The Nice-to-Haves (Bonus points if you have these):

  • Agile project management experience (certification not required).
  • Experience operating within a fast-paced online/eCommerce or similar organization.
  • High energy and drive, with a focus on continuous improvement and actively seeking new stimulus.
