We genuinely believe that our people make all the difference, and once we find the best talent, we go out of our way to nurture them.If you are looking to work on the next generation of digital technologies in a fast-paced and growing environment with industry leaders, Optimizely is the place for youJob ResponsibilitiesDrive pricing and packaging projects for product categories that is optimized to deliver on the company’s value proposition and ensure growth is maximizedGather insights from both internal and external sources to evaluate our competitive positioning and market opportunity and inform strategic pricing decisions and directionsConduct primary and secondary pricing research (familiarity with Conjoint, VWD, GG, MaxDiff, TURF, KANO is a strong asset)Foster collaboration with PM teams to uplevelModel financial impact of P&P hypotheses and recommendationsPerform pricing and packaging experiments to inform and test hypotheses across Optimizely features and functionsWork with product and marketing stakeholders to understand product roadmap and feature functionality to develop pricing and packaging recommendations to ensure we maximize continuous value captureCreate lasting impact in how we commercialize and go-to-market with our offeringsKnowledge And Experience3+ years of specific Pricing & Packaging experience in SaaS/PaaS for a software company, scale-up or consulting firmStrong numerical, analytical and modeling skills, uncovering insights to drive measurable benefitsGood understanding of SaaS pricing & packaging theory whilst combining with real world implementable business outcomesInterpersonal skills, able to work effectively at all levels of the organizationPreferable ExperienceKnowledgeable of the core pricing research methods (VWD, Conjoint, GG, MaxDiff, Kano, Turf) a benefitExperience with CRM and CPQ toolsEducationBachelor in Economics, Business or within wider quantitative domain.CompetenciesActing DecisivelyActing StrategicallyCritical ThinkingInteracting with People at Different LevelsThinking BroadlyOur culture is the most important thing we offer.
