We are looking to expand our prescription team, which includes 2 clinical pharmacists. The post holder will have a variety of tasks within this role to expand on their training and experience. Supporting the prescription clerks, you will be involved in medication reconciliation, discharge letters, audits, etc.This is a PCN supported role.Main duties of the jobWe are looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking team player with a proven track record in an existing pharmacy technician role.The ability to work on their own as well as part of a team, and the motivation to create ideas for improvement in medicines management.About usWe are an eco-friendly practice of 12 doctors (5 partners) and host medical students across the academic year.
