This is a unique opportunity to have a massive impact, helping a growing number of customers around the world choosing Wise to move their money without borders.The Onboarding squad looks after a customer’s initial journey - from finding out about Wise through our organic and paid marketing channels, to signing up and successfully completing their first action. In this role, you’ll look across 3 product engineering teams that focus on the Scalable Growth part of Onboarding, working with our invite, SEO, and marketing platform domains. You\'ll lead a group of engineering leads and help them build high performing teams that deliver impact, alongside collaborating with your product manager and analytics counterparts to define the future of Wise’s marketing tech and how we can take our mission to more prospective customers, faster.Your mission:ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and mentor a group of leads, supporting their growth, increasing their teams’ impact and empowering them to do their best work.Work closely with the Product Manager and Analytics Lead of the group to shape the roadmap & strategy, set the technical and product vision and ensure the teams deliver on their goals in a robust and scalable way.Enable your teams to succeed by ensuring they are well-resourced, can plan effectively, and are set up to commit to and deliver on their roadmap.Have a deep understanding of the tech and product of your teams - building out a clear tech strategy that follows from our product and marketing goals, setting high standards for quality, leading by example.Own the health and productivity of the teams in the space, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with other engineering leads across Onboarding and other Wise teams to ensure your teams’ work is aligned with the wider technical strategy.Own the hiring, growth and development of your leads & teams, and their impact on Wise.QualificationsYou have proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering leads working across different domains.
