Accounts Manager/Assistant ManagerLentells Ltd is a well-established and forward-thinking accountancy practice with a reputation for delivering exceptional client service across the South-west. We're now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Manager or Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team and take ownership of a diverse client portfolio. The position is full time, 37.5 hours per week.What You’ll Be DoingAs a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Your day-to-day will include:Acting as the main point of contact for clients and their portfoliosReviewing accounts, tax returns, VAT returns, and preparing insightful reportsDrafting professional correspondence and letters to clientsRaising accurate invoices in a timely mannerEnsuring deadlines are met for both you and your teamMonitoring and following up on outstanding client feesHandling new client enquiries with confidence and claritySupporting directors with their workload as neededLiaising with external stakeholders such as HMRC on behalf of clientsWhat We are Looking ForWe’re seeking someone who is:Experienced in accountancy practice (ideally ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified)A confident communicator with strong client-facing skillsOrganised, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working independently and collaboratively within a teamProficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office toolsWhy Join Lentells?We are a well-established firm with a reputation for quality and client care.
