As proud members of the Euro-American Lawyers Group (EALG), we offer international reach with a personal, partner-led service.The RoleAs part of our employment team, you will be involved in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters including:Advising employers on contracts of employment, policies and procedures, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies, TUPE, employment status issues and terminations.Acting for employees and senior executives on workplace disputes, settlement agreements, and employment tribunal claims.Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision and collaborating on more complex matters.Drafting and negotiating employment documentation including contracts, handbooks, directors service agreements and consultancy agreementsPlaying an active role in business development, networking, and marketing initiatives to grow our employment offeringContributing to thought leadership through articles, seminars, and online content.Who We’re Looking ForWe are seeking a high-calibre solicitor who can hit the ground running.
