This is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between our Lab and external stakeholders — including other Labs, platforms, Group Executive Functions, and third-party suppliers.You’ll be responsible for managing dependencies, resolving blockers, and ensuring safe delivery of high-risk change. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working across business and technology change, this is your chance to make a real difference.**DAY TO DAY, YOU WILL:**• Develop and manage integration task sequencing aligned to the Lab backlog • Catalogue and coordinate dependencies across teams and stakeholders • Act as the interface between suppliers and key business stakeholders • Lead complex, high-risk implementations across internal and external parties • Coordinate shared infrastructure changes • Support governance activities across multiple Labs • Identify and mitigate delivery blockers, escalating where needed**WHAT YOU’LL NEED:**• **Integration Expertise** – Proven experience coordinating multi-party change initiatives • **Stakeholder Management** – Skilled at working across diverse teams and external partners • **Delivery Focus** – Ability to manage high-risk implementations and resolve blockers • **Calm Under Pressure** – Resilient, composed, and collaborative in high-stress environments • **FNZ Familiarity** – Experience with FNZ platform or tech stack is highly desirable**WHY LLOYDS BANKING GROUP**We’re transforming the way we serve our customers and communities, investing in technology, people, and innovation.
