This role is pivotal in securing new business opportunities through expertly crafted compliant and compelling proposals aligned with strategic sales objectives.You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Legal, Marketing, Finance and Delivery to develop high-quality responses to public and private sector healthcare tenders (e.g. NHS procurement frameworks, OJEU notices, G-Cloud, etc.).Working with an extended highly skilled team you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.Take the next step towards your dream career.At Dedalus, life flows through our software. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed.ResponsibilitiesManaging bid portal, sending out pipeline notification and tracking opportunities.Coordinate and manage the bid process from start to finish.Work with internal teams to gather necessary information for bid submissions.Prepare and review bid documents including proposals, presentations and contracts.Maintain and update bid documentation and records.Monitor and track bid progress and deadlines.Assist in the development of bid strategies and win themes.Maintain and enhance a bid library of standard answers, case studies, CVs and company information to improve efficiency and consistency.QualificationsEssential RequirementsProven experience in bid coordination or a similar role.Solid organizational and project management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Attention to detail and accuracy.Commercial awarenessAbout DedalusWe are Dedalus.
