**The Bid Coordinator**:
The role of a bid coordinator is key to ensuring the consistency and quality of work throughout all BB7 disciplines.
**Reporting;**
The Bid Coordinator report directly to the Director of Business Services and work closely with the management team.
Brief job description:
- Production and delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within client-defined timeframes.
- Coordinate and create supporting content for bid responses including appendices, graphics, organisation charts etc
- Update and manage bid library content
- Coordinate proposal input from a variety of stakeholders
- Ensure proposal documents follow corporate branding guidelines, standard formatting and quality standards
- Consolidate sections and/or documents developed by other team members into the required tender format
- Manage and upload tender submissions to Procurement Portal**s**
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 1-2 relevant professional experience within a tender administrator / bid / proposals coordinator (or similar) role
- Certified APMP Foundation level
- Experience in working with senior stakeholders to manage delivery of timelines and outputs
