Previous experience of using rostering would be advantageous.They will also require the following:A proven track record in the leisure and hospitality industryThe ability to manage all day-to-day food & beverage operationsThe ability to supervise, manage and coach employeesStrong administrative skills to use online systems to complete staff rotas. Used for recording and managing team onboarding, absences, annual leave, rostering and recruitment. Previous experience of using rostering would be advantageousExperience at running eventsExperience with setting menus and food pricingProficient in monitoring and controlling stockA high level of inter-personal skillsSelf-motivation and a positive attitudeBranded food led business experience.This is a permanent, full time role, working 40 hours per week.
