We produce creator-led social content that inspires women to shop the best of the high street. Our content is viewed 50 million times a month across our core platforms – TikTok and Instagram.The RoleWe are looking for a social media obsessed content coordinator to join our commercial team to help produce viral, entertaining video content that our brands and audience will love, while developing cutting edge ideas to attract new commercial partners.Main ResponsibilitiesWork with the commercial content lead, sales team, and content team to create innovative social content that is appealing to Eliza’s current and prospective client partners.Respond to commercial briefs with best-in-class content ideas that align with brand requirements while remaining authentic to the Eliza brand.Support the production of commercial content & activations such as live events.Organise shoots from booking locations and influencers to calling in relevant products and props.Work with the project manager to ensure commercial projects are running on timeline.Brief videographers on shot lists, edits, and post-production.Support the creation of pro-active and responsive client decks.Use analytics to inform future content decisions.Host and star in commercial & editorial content when necessary.Person SpecificationProven experience in creating highly creative and entertaining content for TikTok and Instagram.A commercially minded thinker with a good understanding of producing effective content for brands.A confident presenter with a strong presence on camera and in front of clients.A big thinker with an appetite for disruptive ideas.A passion for women’s interest categories, particularly fashion and beauty.Strong relationships with fashion and beauty industry contacts.Highly organised with strong attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Competent in using PowerPoint, Excel & Canva.*While you are not required to be a videographer, competence with in-app video editing is required.Deadline for applications is 1st April 2025Our CommitmentWe are committed to increasing diversity and maintaining an inclusive workplace culture.
