I excel at working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and take pride in delivering exceptional meals to our guests.Key ResponsibilitiesI will be responsible for my own section of the kitchenI will prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standardI will work collaboratively with my fellow kitchen team members to ensure our smooth service remains consistentI will be responsible for supervising and supporting the junior chefs, including Commis Chefs and Kitchen AssistantI will be responsible for maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standardsI will assist with the stock control, ordering and stock levelsI will be responsible for preparing all mise en place in advanceI will fully embody the Airports ‘One Team’ culture and understand that there may be times when I am required to undertake other activities to support the needs of the business.I understand that the Airport is in operation 24/7 so I may be scheduled and expected to work any shift during operating hours, this will include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidaysSkills, Knowledge And ExpertiseSounds good so far?
