Role Overview As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will build and grow your own permanent sales desk from the ground up, specialising in Business Development Manager, Sales Director, and Senior Sales appointments across the UK. You will own the full recruitment cycle, from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
