**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Oico is looking to expand its team by hiring a recruitment consultant to manage the day-to-day dealings in the recruitment sector. Being a Recruitment consultant for Oico entails managing the requirements for labour supply with Oico’s Traffic Management and Civil engineering clients. This is an incredible opportunity for ‘You’ to join Oico, to build and run a team in the Recruitment sector of the business.

**Job Types**:Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Competitive salary based on experience

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday

**Supplemental pay types**:

- Commission pays

**Experience Required**:

- 2+ years in being a Construction (or relatable) recruitment consultant (Labour supply service is a must)

**You will be: -**
- Tasked with outsourcing and branching Oico’s Recruitment service to new clients to help the sector grow.
- Tasked with sourcing and servicing brand new business to the desk and managing their full remit of requirements.
- Meetings with the clients to discuss current situations and progressing forward.
- Tasked to meet required targets. Bonus incentive if targets are met and exceeded.
- Earning opportunities and bonus structures are extremely competitive across the business.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 2+ years Construction (or relatable) recruitment consultant (Labour supply service is a must)
