We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Graduate to join our team and help strengthen and expand BRE’s external relationships. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a graduate interested in commercial insight, stakeholder engagement and strategic planning across the built environment sector. About the Role As a Strategic Partnerships Graduate, you will support the development and management of key partnerships that increase BRE’s influence, reach and commercial opportunities. You will work closely with the business development team and colleagues across the organisation to coordinate activity and ensure partnership work aligns with our wider strategy. Responsibilities Identifying potential strategic partners and mapping opportunities Preparing briefing materials, presentations and structured insights Coordinating external engagement, meetings and follow‑up actions Supporting the management of partner relationships and day‑to‑day activity Tracking progress against agreed objectives and maintaining accurate records Providing commercial and market insight to inform strategic decision making Supporting planning activity that strengthens BRE’s external positioning What the role offers Experience across commercial strategy, stakeholder engagement and partnership management Exposure to a wide range of external organisations across the built environment Opportunities to contribute to work that supports BRE’s influence and market reach A structured graduate development experience within a respected research and standards organisation The salary for this role increases to £32k after 12 months and then to £34k after 18 months. Work Location Options Mostly Remote – This role is primarily home‑based, with occasional travel to our head office in Watford for planned meetings.
