Two major placements.Youll rotate across two 12-month placements designed to build expertise in Consumer Lending the centre of excellence for mortgages loans cards car finance and leasing: Product & Platform learn how products are diversified managed and delivered. Work on customer journey design digital experiences and platform innovation. Strategic Partnerships work with major partners such as Jaguar Land Rover to shape new products manage relationships and ensure safe profitable delivery.The skills youll masterBy the end of the scheme youll be: Financially literate confident in how banks make decisions and generate revenue. Product-focused skilled in diversification management and delivery of lending products. Insight-driven using data to validate strategy and improve journeys.
