Responsibilities Work as a pivotal part of the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub, conducting thorough assessments to inform precise decision-making. Collaborate with a range of agencies to ensure the protection and welfare of children and young people. Utilise extensive frontline experience to manage complex cases effectively and efficiently. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the team, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable working environment. Stay up to date with best practices and implement these in daily responsibilities to enhance service delivery. Qualifications Degree or equivalent qualification in social work, and current registration with Social Work England. Significant frontline experience in Social Services as a Qualified Social Worker. Experience working within safeguarding frameworks and an innovative approach to duties.
