**Permanent Children's Social Worker | Reading | All Teams | Up to £45,568**
Often it is discussed that social workers, perhaps such as yourself, feel undervalued for their work - this is often the reason for the change to locum or agency work. It makes perfect sense then to ensure permanent members of staff are properly looked after,and rewarded for staying in permanent jobs, which explains the salary for social workers across all teams being up to £45,568 inclusive of all supplements.
Brighter Futures for Children is a childrens services trust, owned entirely by Reading Council - the aim of which is to drive positive change throughout the services and enable the service to invest more into their staff, training, and offered services.
If you are an experienced social worker who wants to learn more, we are supporting the authority across all teams which include:
