Our client, a leading UK firm, is seeking a Real Estate Tax Manager to join their award-winning Real Estate & Construction Tax team based in London.

The team serves a wide and exciting range of domestic and international companies with UK operations.
What your days will look like:
As a Real Estate Tax Manager, every day will offer something different. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment where you'll be trusted to lead, collaborate, and deliver exceptional results for a wide range of real estate and construction clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of key clients in the real estate and construction sectors, delivering high-quality tax advisory and compliance services.
- Advising on complex tax issues, including property transactions, UK and international structuring, financing, and development projects.
- Collaborating with Partners and Directors on high-profile client projects, contributing to strategic tax planning and structuring solutions.
- Reviewing and overseeing UK corporate tax returns, non-resident landlord income tax returns, and partnership returns.
- Staying up to date with tax legislation and real estate market developments, bringing fresh insights and proactive solutions to clients.
Experience and qualifications required:
- Understanding of and previous experience within UK corporate tax compliance
- Experience of providing corporate tax advisory and compliance services to primarily corporate groups, but may include partnership tax returns and non-resident landlord income tax returns
- Ability to manage a small client portfolio
- Eagerness to further develop a career within the real estate profession
- Educated to degree level, and CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent
