Conduct research to match participants with the most relevant programmes. Communicate via phone, email, and social channels to confirm attendance. Maintain CRM records and ensure smooth workflow across teams. Provide hands-on support onsite at events. Who You Are Experienced in customer service, telesales, recruitment, or account management. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks. Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with senior executives. Thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
