About the Role This position is ideal for someone with a solid grounding in audit who is ready to lead full assignments from planning to completion and develop junior team members. You’ll work closely with experienced managers and directors. Your responsibilities will include: Planning, executing, and finalising audits for a diverse portfolio of clients Leading on‑site teams and mentoring junior staff Managing budgets and deadlines for efficient delivery Taking ownership of complex or high‑risk audit areas Reviewing files for completeness before managerial or director review Building strong client and team relationships and communicating confidently Collaborating with other core teams to provide a collaborative, all‑rounded service Additional opportunities: Group audits and consolidated accounts Clients undergoing M&A or restructuring activity Advisory and accounts work alongside core audit engagements About You Experience leading audits from planning to completion Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102, IFRS and ISAs Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach Excellent communicator, confident in client‑facing situations A team player who enjoys mentoring and supporting others Benefits Private health insurance Flexible working arrangements Death in service cover Cycle to work scheme Join a supportive environment where you’ll feel valued, within a culture built on being passionate, personal, and professional.
