Occupational Therapist – Haringey Council 📍 Location: Haringey, London (Hybrid working – mix of office, community, and home-based work) 💰 Pay Rate: £42.59 per hour ⏰ Hours: 36 hours per week 📅 Contract: Temporary About the Role Haringey Council is seeking a skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join their Adult Social Care team. This is a standard OT role involving visits, assessments, and the provision of equipment and adaptations to support residents’ independence and safety at home. The successful candidate will also be expected to: Collect small equipment items (e.g. bath boards, toilet frames, commodes) from a local Haringey equipment store. Deliver and install these items in residents’ homes. Demonstrate safe and effective use of the equipment. Requirements Qualified Occupational Therapist with relevant HCPC registration. Previous experience in community-based assessments and equipment provision. Strong communication and organisational skills. Car driver preferred but not essential — taxi expenses can be claimed for equipment deliveries. Ability to work flexibly across home, office, and community settings. Why work through Pertemps?
