Job Title: Cloud Sales SpecialistCompany: TIEVA (formerly Prodec Networks) Location: Leeds Area Salary: Competitive + OTE Job Type: Permanent The Role Working as an overlay with internal sales team to identify, qualify, and pursue cloud sales opportunities in the UK market as an overlay to account managers into existing accounts. Lead the design, deployment, and optimisation of cutting‑edge Cloud solutions for clients across a diverse range of sectors. Act as a trusted advisor, translating customer requirements into tailored, market‑leading solutions focused on enhancing productivity and cost optimisation. Work closely with internal sales, technical, and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery from initial consultation through to implementation and ongoing managed services. Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up to date with industry developments, new technologies, and emerging trends in cloud usage. Drive customer engagement through demonstrations, presentations, and hands‑on solution workshops, helping clients unlock greater value from their investment. Champion innovation, identifying opportunities to integrate new products, platforms, and approaches that set TIEVA apart in the marketplace. Support pre‑sales activities, including solution scoping, proposal development, and technical documentation, ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction at every stage. The Candidate A strong background in cloud sales, preferably with experience in both Azure and datacentre solutions. Confident with common cloud themes such as Well‑Architected Framework and Landing Zones, Migration & Modernisation, Re‑Hosting vs. PaaS, cost control, security/compliance requirements, and DR patterns. Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IT Sales role. Proven track record in selling and hitting targets. Consultative sales skills. Proven track record of working with Account Management sales teams. Negotiation and closing skills. Ability to develop client relationships. Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to work independently. Results orientated. Desirable Certifications (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals e.g. AZ‑900). Knowledge of other cloud solutions such as AWS Cloud Practitioner, FinOps fundamentals, ITIL familiarity, VMware/HCI knowledge, experience moving customers from EA to CSP.
