What You'll Be Doing Quote & Opportunity Management: Support the Account Manager with constructing, updating, and confirming quotes while ensuring documentation is accurate and current. Administrative Expense Review: Review technician expense reports for each show, approving or rejecting items to help complete billing. Implementing Changes: Process updates, additions, and adjustments requested by the Account Manager and communicate changes clearly to internal departments. Final Invoicing Support: Assist the Account Manager in completing final invoicing within established timelines. Financial & Administrative Coordination: Work with Accounting to ensure deposits, invoicing, credit applications, COIs, and collections are completed correctly and on time. Client & Contract Support: Help resolve client and contract related questions with professionalism and urgency. Cost & Margin Administration: Follow established SOPs, processes, and procedures to help maintain project profitability. Labor Scheduling Assistance: Coordinate staffing requirements and schedules with Account Managers and Project Coordinators. Ensure updates are accurately entered into R2 and communicated properly. Equipment Logistics Support: Assist with add orders, TPLs, LOLs, and equipment substitutions on active quotes.
