Job Description Job Summary The Scheduler is responsible for planning the weekly and daily workload of the Field Maintenance Technicians. This includes a pro‑active element, planning in the next weeks work, and also a reactive element, planning in sickness cover, special visits, replacements etc. as the needs crop up. You will work closely with both the Area Service Managers and the Field Technicians, and a clear head, proactive approach to solving problems, and the ability to work fast under pressure are essential attributes for this role. Duties Proactively plan the following weeks workload for the Techs you’re responsible for. Upload jobs to our field service system. Reactive planning – ensure any issues are resolved as fast as possible. Meet internal SLAs for response and solution delivery. Work closely with the team to help deliver an excellent customer experience. Be a point of contact for the Techs. Take a proactive approach to round optimisation and efficiency.
