Job Description Flywire’s Travel business is on a rapid growth trajectory, and we’re looking for a pioneering Enterprise Client Success Manager to be a foundational member of our new Sertifi EMEA team. This isn’t just a role; it’s a chance to build something from the ground up. You will be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our most important hospitality clients, driving their success by ensuring seamless implementation, accelerating product adoption, and cultivating long-term relationships that deliver measurable, transformative outcomes. What You’ll Do Be a strategic partner: Lead end-to‑end onboarding and implementation projects for our enterprise clients across EMEA, deploying powerful solutions like eAuthorize, eSignature, and SertifiPay. You will be a hands‑on expert who sets our clients up for success. Architect workflows: Deliver high-impact training and craft custom workflows that make our clients’ processes more efficient and effective. You'll provide a white‑glove onboarding experience that sets the standard for client support in the region. Fuel growth: Work hand‑in‑hand with our enterprise team to ensure clients meet their objectives. Your insights will be crucial in regular business reviews, driving client satisfaction, and fueling retention and growth. Champion the client: Serve as the vital link between our clients and our internal teams (Sales, Product, and Engineering). You'll actively manage interactions via Salesforce, ChurnZero, and Zendesk, providing clear, actionable insights that help us continuously improve and innovate. Qualifications We’re seeking a passionate and ambitious individual with a unique blend of hospitality industry expertise and SaaS implementation experience. Experience: 3–5 years in customer success or implementation within a SaaS environment and 2–3 years of deep experience in the hospitality industry. Strategic acumen: Proven track record of managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts, preferably in hospitality or travel tech. Technical know‑how: Strong knowledge of Salesforce and customer success software (e.g., ChurnZero). Leadership and communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage audiences from end‑users to C-level executives. Proven ability to independently manage complex deployments and drive client outcomes. Plus: Fluency in additional European languages is a great asset for this role.
