We are seeking a Senior Medical Director, Clinical Development to join their growing global team.About the OpportunityIn this role, you will serve as the clinical lead for one or more oncology clinical trials, working cross-functionally with teams in the US and EU.You will be responsible for:Designing clinical trial strategies and overseeing execution as medical monitorEnsuring patient safety and compliance with Good Clinical PracticesProviding scientific and clinical input into study documents, analysis plans, and regulatory submissionsCollaborating with colleagues in clinical operations, pharmacovigilance, manufacturing, quality, and biomarker developmentBuilding strong relationships with investigators, medical experts, and advisory boards to support program advancementContributing to the development of Target Product Profiles and Clinical Development PlansQualificationsWe are looking for candidates with:An MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree4-6 years of post-training experience, including 2-4 years in clinical trials (phase I experience is a plus)Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry within clinical development and medical monitoringStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrix environmentThe ability to function independently and drive clinical programs forwardLocationThis is a full-time role based in Boston.Why This RoleThis is an opportunity to join an innovative and agile team dedicated to bringing transformative therapies to patients with significant unmet needs in oncology.
