Above all, we remain dedicated to caring for our patients and our teammates. What you will do: Provide overall leadership and operations management of the clinic. Ensure a seamless patient journey and create inviting environments for clients. Liaise effectively with external organisations such as NHS Trusts or the CQC, supported by the Regional Manager. Implement new processes to drive quality improvement initiatives within the clinic. Onboard new teammates efficiently alongside the wider team. Develop positive relationships with patients and handle any complaints. Ensure compliance with clinical, governance, and regulatory systems and policies including Key Lines of Enquiry (KLoE). Maintain accurate records and timely report submissions. To be successful in this role, you’ll need: Be a Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission or have a willingness to become one. Possess full NMC registration with appropriate nursing qualifications. Experience in clinical leadership within an outpatient haemodialysis setting. Excellent communication skills and a personable demeanour to effectively connect with your team and patients. A lead‑by‑example style that fosters a value‑driven culture. A proactive, solution‑oriented approach to evolving clinical environments. Strong organisational skills to manage various clinic‑related tasks.
