Team Lead Delivery Recruiter at Outsource UK part of Sanderson PLC Project Delivery Professional Contract: 6 months (Maternity Cover) – potential extension Rate: £23.39 per hour (PAYE) Team Size: 11 Start Date: ASAP Clearances Required: BPSS and SC (to start) Key Responsibilities Support build enablement by ensuring all required information and approvals are in place for each work package. Coordinate readiness activities, including verifying whether lift plans are required and ensuring they undergo appropriate reviews. Gather, analyse, and organise activity information to support the build schedule. Conduct Readiness Reviews for lift plans. Work collaboratively across teams to remove blockers and ensure smooth workflow progression. Note: This role carries no line management responsibilities and is focused entirely on project enablement. Preferred Skills & Experience Familiarity with TeamCentre is ideal. SAP experience is advantageous. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Industry background in shipbuilding is preferred, though candidates from other sectors will be considered. Enablement experience in manufacturing, plant operations, or nuclear environments is highly beneficial.
