As part of this launch, we are looking for ambitious graduates to join us as Business Development Associates in our brand-new Colchester office.This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll represent national brands, negotiate with customers, and contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns. As you grow in the role, you’ll also gain exposure to team leadership, mentoring, and campaign strategy.Main responsibilitiesAssist in developing and implementing marketing campaignsConduct market research and analyse data to identify trends and opportunitiesSupport sales team in lead generation and customer outreach efforts, conducting pitches, presentations and negotiationsAssist with organising and attending marketing eventsCollaborate with team members to ensure the successful execution of sales and marketing initiativesProvide analysis of the team, identifying opportunities and potential drawbacks, both internally and externallySkill/ExperienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGoal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targetsMoney motivated, agile & adaptableExcellent organisational and time management skillsDecisiveness and proactive approach to problem solvingTeam Activity Days1-1 Coaching & TrainingFree ParkingApply nowWhat happens next: A member of our team will be in contact with shortlisted candidates within the next 3-4 working days to arrange a suitable time to complete an interview.
