Mercedes-Benz Business Manager Mercedes-Benz of Newcastle is currently recruiting a Business Manager to join their growing team. About the Role As a Mercedes-Benz Business Manager, you will be responsible for helping manage and grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department. You will be at the core of all sales enquiries and by developing the sales team, ensuring that every customer has a clear understanding of the obligations they have entered into, with integrity and fairness. Mercedes-Benz Business Managers work a variety of flexible patterns, which may typically include weekends, to provide customers with the highest level of service. About You You are a high‑achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller or Business Manager with sound financial and commercial understanding. Ideally you have an outstanding work ethic, can lead from the front, inspire colleagues to raise the bar and exceed their full potential, while driving the finance and add‑on performance forward. Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with experience working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals. Why Sytner?
