Mercedes‑Benz Sales Consultant Join the Sytner Group as a Permanent Mercedes‑Benz Sales Consultant in Newcastle. Your role is to be the key point of contact for customers during the car‑buying journey and to deliver first‑class service. About The Role We are looking for someone with a background in customer service or sales. You will communicate with customers, understand their needs, and help them find the right vehicle. Flexible patterns, which may include weekends, will be required, and you will receive a competitive salary plus on‑target earnings. Responsibilities Engage face‑to‑face with customers to understand their car buying needs. Guide customers through vehicle options, pricing and financing. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up‑to‑date on promotions. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the dealership’s performance. Attend assessment centre if required. Qualifications Minimum of customer service experience in a retail environment. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Full and valid UK driving licence (benefit).
