Corporate Actions Client Support Senior Analyst 1pm-9pm Shift The 1‑pm to 9‑pm shift supports DTC clients for Asset Services products. The Senior Analyst provides phone, web, and email inquiry support, collaborates with Operations and agents, and manages escalations. Pay and Benefits Salary range £25,000–£27,000 per annum with bonus Comprehensive health and life insurance and well‑being benefits Pension Paid Time Off and personal/family care, and other leaves of absence when needed Flexible/hybrid model: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee) Key Functions and Responsibilities Research and respond to data‑service client inquiries via email in Salesforce and via telephone and the My DTCC web portal. Execute operational processes following documented procedures and job aides, and suggest improvements for process and efficiency Take ownership of workload, ensuring deliverables are met within procedures, metrics, and benchmarks while adhering to critical timeframes and managing competing priorities Build knowledge of department controls; align risk and control processes to monitor and mitigate risk and appropriately escalates Maintain a steadfast focus on client service, including responding to inquiries timely and accurately and resolving issues promptly Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution, process improvements, and risk reduction NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above.
