Job OverviewAt DXC we manage personal lending for a Major UK High Street Bank. We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to support customers calling with loan account enquiries.ResponsibilitiesAct as first point of contact for Lloyds Banking Group Personal Loans account holders via inbound calls.Take responsibility for managing customer information in line with GDPR experience.Collaborate with teammates to deliver outstanding customer service.Strive to ensure a first‑outcome resolution for our customers.Work in a fast‑paced environment while following processes & procedures.Keep customer records accurate and up to date.Achieve Key Performance Indicators such as Average Handling Time.QualificationsCall Centre/Contact Centre Experience.Customer Service Experience.DesirableFinancial Customer Service Experience.Personal Loans Service Experience.Customer Records Management.Work EnvironmentYou will work 37.5 hrs a week covering between 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm Saturday & Sunday on site at the Newcastle Contact Centre in DXC Mercury House. Bank holidays are not required.
