As the business continues to scale, we are looking to appoint a high‑calibre FP&A Analyst who will play a key role in driving commercial insight and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified professional coming from either a top accountancy practice or industry, who is looking to join a dynamic environment where development is encouraged, and progression is genuinely achievable. Key responsibilities: Support the end‑to‑end budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Assist in developing scenario models and long‑term financial plans. Provide timely updates and insights on financial performance versus plan. Produce high‑quality monthly reporting packs for senior leadership. Analyse financial results, identify trends, and explain key variances. Develop KPIs and dashboards to support operational and strategic insight. Work closely with commercial, operational, and strategic teams to provide financial guidance. Support business cases and investment appraisals, including ROI analysis. Act as a trusted adviser to non‑financial stakeholders, translating data into meaningful insights. Key requirements: Newly qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA (or equivalent). Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. Ability to build financial models and manipulate complex data sets. Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying financial information to non‑financial audiences. Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools is a plus. Demonstrated experience producing high‑quality financial analysis (practice or industry). I in return you will: Competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
