Physiotherapist Brighton Hospital | Physiotherapy | Bank | Part Time Pay: Up to £25.50 per hour, depending on experience. Banking means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but work on an ad-hoc basis that fits the business and your availability. Key Responsibilities Assess and treat a wide variety of elective orthopedic, genealogical, and general surgery patients in an inpatient setting. Deliver rehabilitation programmes post‑surgery to optimise recovery and provide evidence‑based care that is safe, effective, caring, and well‑led. Provide manual‑therapy skills and monitor ongoing treatment standards, ensuring compliance with professional, clinical and governance standards. Conduct clinical audits and other quality‑assurance processes. Work within a multidisciplinary team including fitness professionals and clinicians to optimise patient health. Treat a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions from sports to workplace injuries. Qualifications & Experience BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council. Evidence of professional development and a commitment to continued learning. Excellent manual‑therapy skills and a confident communicator who can engage effectively with patients and the wider health‑care team. Strong IT skills, organisational ability, and capacity to prioritise a varied workload. Alignment with Nuffield Health values: people‑first, personalised and holistic care.
