About The RoleAre you an experienced HCPC registered Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist looking for a new or additional role? We believe in a good work life balance so there is no on call or weekend work.This role is part time working 1 day a week at HMP Lewes for a period of approximately 3 years.You will be responsible for assessing and treating a range of MSK pathologies with some complex and/or chronic presentations. You will need to demonstrate advanced MSK diagnostic and treatment skills, be able to work within the MDT and maintain records as an autonomous practitioner.This is your opportunity to work as part of a forward thinking, innovative health care team, including GPs, nurses, pharmacists, podiatrists and mental health professionals, delivering high quality, best practice treatment. You will also form part of the wider MSK Health in Justice Team comprising of physiotherapists and podiatrists in immigration centres and prisons across the country.What you'll be doingAs Our Physiotherapist, You WillProvide outstanding evidence-based care, listening and acting on patient feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to patientsDeliver non-judgemental care, building therapeutic relationships and promoting professional boundaries.
