Join our Partnerships team as a Senior Partnerships Manager. You will play a pivotal role in cultivating long-term relationships with partners and in expanding the channels through which we excite our potential customers for Moss. Through the cross‑functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and leveraging your expertise, you will be a key pillar in Moss’ journey to become the European market leader in spend management. Responsibilities Here’s a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day‑to‑day: Partner Identification & Assessment – Identify potential partnership opportunities that align with Moss' strategic goals and target markets. Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the suitability and potential value of prospective partners. Relationship Building – Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential partners. Establish rapport, engage in effective communication, and maintain regular contact to foster strong, mutually beneficial partnerships. Negotiation & Agreement – Lead negotiations with partners to create and finalize agreements, ensuring that commercial terms are beneficial. Collaborate closely with legal and executive teams to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation. Revenue Generation – Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through partnerships. This may include joint marketing campaigns, co‑selling initiatives, and referral programs. Continuously monitor and optimise partnership performance to maximise financial outcomes. Cross‑functional Collaboration – Collaborate with various internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to align partnership activities with Moss' overall business goals. Ensure seamless coordination and communication across departments to execute partnership initiatives effectively. Qualifications and Experience We think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in this role: Proven experience in B2B partnership roles or business development in a fast‑growing SaaS or financial services company. Collaborative Spirit: you proactively collaborate within your team, and with internal and external stakeholders to create a best‑in‑class partner and customer experience. Resilient: you bounce back swiftly and independently of challenges, setbacks, or complex situations, displaying a willingness to learn and improve strategies for working with partners and within Moss.
