We’re looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our primary schools across Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or anyone with a strong can-do attitude who wants to make a difference in education.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the class teacher with daily classroom activities and routines
* Support small groups of pupils and provide one-to-one assistance when needed
* Help maintain focus and engagement for pupils throughout the school day
* Prepare learning materials and assist in delivering educational activities
* Encourage a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere
* Collaborate effectively with teachers and other support staff

What we’re looking for:

* A degree (any subject) or proven experience with young people, backed up by a confident can-do attitude
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Professional presence and the ability to adapt quickly
* Previous experience in education, youth work, coaching, or tutoring is helpful, but not essential
