You will play a key role in supporting the product strategy to fulfil our client needs, in close alignment with markets and own the overall development roadmap across functions.Role Responsibilities:Working under the guidance of the Product Manager and alongside experienced Product Owners, this role will help manage the team backlog, translate business requirements into user stories, and ensure that development efforts align with product objectives and client needs. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their product career who is eager to learn, grow, and develop their skills in a dynamic, data-driven, and agile environment.Role Requirements :Product Delivery SupportAssist Product team in managing and prioritising the team backlog based on business value and technical feasibility.Support in defining, refining, and documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements.Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups).Track sprint progress and help identify blockers, risks, and dependencies.Support QA and testing efforts to validate that stories meet acceptance criteria and maintain product quality.Collaboration and CommunicationWork closely with Product Owners, Product Manager, and development teams to clarify requirements and align priorities.Support coordination across teams and ensure visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies.Help communicate updates and release information to internal stakeholders.Product Insight and DocumentationAssist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date product documentation, including release notes and feature descriptions.Gather and organise user and stakeholder feedback to inform backlog prioritisation and improvements.Coordinates dependencies with other POsWe are looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.Basic understanding of software development processes, data analysis and data pipelines. Interest in product management and agile software delivery (Scrum or Kanban).Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from experienced team members. Preferred experience: Exposure to Agile methodologies or Scrum framework (certification a plus). Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools. Basic understanding of data analysis, APIs, or cloud technologies. Experience in a technology, data, or media environment.
