**Role Overview**

The Junior Product Owner is a key role in our team which manages our product development process. The Junior Product Owner role will be an entry position into a Agile Product Development career. This role will support Product Owners who own the vision and strategy of the product. You will be supporting them in determining and translating the clients’ needs and wants into features and functions, then prioritising them according to the continually changing business requirements and stakeholder priorities.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- **Support Requirements Gathering** - Help to translate the vision and requirements of the Product Owner or Client into development work packages and documentation.
- **Wire Framing**:

- **Communications **- Update stakeholders on new features and other system changes, concisely and proactively.
- **Prioritise Backlog** - Work closely with the Product Manager and the development team to define and prioritise user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog.
- **Releases **- Assist in planning and executing product releases and testing cycles.
- **Continuous Improvement** - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product development process and best practices.
- **Other **- Any other tasks we may reasonably ask you to undertake from time to time.

**Person Profile**

StableLogic require good communications skills, a team player with a logical, meticulous mind and an interest in technology.

Prior knowledge and experience in the following areas would be useful:

- Microsoft Office skills
- Presentation skills
- An understanding / awareness of software and I.T. systems

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
