Our client operates vibrant independent schools across King’s Lynn and Wisbech and is seeking a talented SENDCo to lead and elevate outstanding SEND provision, making a genuine difference to the lives of young people and their families.

Key Responsibilities

*

Support the strategic development of SEND across both school sites

*

Lead and manage EHCP reviews (Annual, Interim, Emergency)

*

Coordinate daily SEND support and personalised learning provision

*

Oversee provision for looked after pupils

*

Provide professional guidance to staff, parents, carers and external agencies

*

Advise on SEND budgets, resources and staff development

*

Promote inclusion and ensure full curriculum access for all learners

*

Lead intervention programmes and manage staff and resource deployment

*

Quality-assure SEND teaching, learning and outcomes

*

Attend, contribute to and review PEP meetings

Requirements

*

Accredited SENDCo qualification

*

QTS or QTLS

*

Passionate about education, inclusion and improving life chances

*

Strong leadership experience

*

Ability to work collaboratively with the Headteacher to drive SEND excellence
